Ingredients

  • 2 bags nuts, mixed
  • 6 tablespoon flaxseed, crushed
  • 4 tablespoon almond sticks (or 2 small sachets)
  • 6 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 4 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoon buckwheat
  • 4 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees top-bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Chop the nuts, mix with the seeds, almonds, almond butter and melted coconut oil so that the mixture unites a little. In the beginning it is better to dose sparingly and, if necessary, add a little more coconut oil or puree. Mix with salt and cinnamon and distribute everything evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown for about 15 minutes, stir once in between so that everything takes on a little color.
  4. Let it cool down and then store it in a dry place. With the nuts and seeds, you can take what you like best.
  5. I like to add raisins and coconut flakes after baking. But only after baking, because the coconut burns quickly.
  6. It also tastes great if you mix 1 - 2 tablespoons of peanut butter with the mixture.
