Ingredients
- 500 ml milk
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark), stirred until creamy
- Sugar according to package instructions
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)

- Prepare the vanilla pudding with the milk according to the instructions on the packet, but with twice the amount of sugar. Then let it cool down a bit, stirring again and again.
- Mix the quark with the vanilla sugar. Stir the cooled pudding into the quark and chill.
- Applesauce goes very well with it.
- Note: If you use low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat milk, the cream is light.
- Tip: Can also be refined with a little eggnog.
