  • 35 g fructose
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • a little vanilla powder
  • 75 g flour
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • Lemon peel or nuts

Instructions

  1. First you make powdered sugar from the fructose using an electric coffee grinder. Then stir butter, powdered sugar, salt and vanilla until frothy.
  2. Next, add the starch and flour and stir everything into a smooth dough. If you like, you can also create other flavors, for example with lemon peel, nuts, cocoa or the like.
  3. Then shape small balls from the dough and bake them for 8-10 minutes at 200 ° C. The biscuits must still be very light and tear easily on the surface. They are gone like nothing, because not only diabetics like them.
