Ingredients

  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 0.5 ½ cup natural yogurt
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, fresh, mixed
  • 100 g smoked pork, (cold cuts)

Instructions

  1. Mix the creme fraiche and yoghurt and add the herbs.
  2. Cut the smoked pork into small cubes, fold in. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with vegetables cut into strips.
