  • Flour – 1 ½ cups
  • Milk – 1 ½ cups
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Cinnamon – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • For ready-made donuts:
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
  • Butter – 1 tbsp

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Preheat the muffin tins, grease them with vegetable oil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all dry ingredients: flour, cinnamon, salt, and sugar. Whisk the milk and eggs separately.
  3. Pour the liquid mixture into the flour and mix. The dough should be liquid, there may be small lumps in it.
  4. Fill warm molds with dough halfway. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until they are mature and golden brown.
  5. While baking, melt the butter and set it aside. Mix the sugar and cinnamon. Brush the finished donuts with butter and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Serve sugar donuts to the table!
