Ingredients
- 2 kg apples
- 100 ml juice, (apple spritzer)
- 100 ml white wine, drier
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon amaretto

- Quarter and core the apples (I leave the skin on). Bring to the boil with apple spritzer, white wine, vanilla sugar and butter and steam until soft.
- Turn Lotte through the liquor, season the apple sauce with sugar and stir in the amaretto.
