Ingredients

  • 1 packet dumplings
  • 2 tablespoon herb butter
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • 100 ml water
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dumplings according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the onion into cubes, finely chop the chives and cut the boiled ham into strips.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion, chives and boiled ham. Season with salt and pepper, pour in the vegetable stock and 100 ml of water. Stir in the cheese and let it melt, season to taste.
  4. Cut bread dumplings into slices. Heat the herb butter and fry the dumplings until golden brown.
  5. Arrange the dumplings with the sauce on a preheated plate and sprinkle with chives.
