  • 6 slices ham, smoked
  • 4 slices cheese, (Gouda)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 bunch chives
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a flat baking dish completely with the ham. Spread the cheese slices on top. Beat the eggs and slide them side by side onto the cheese. Season the cream with salt, paprika and pepper and pour over the eggs. Chop the chives and sprinkle over them.
  2. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C until the eggs are set.
