Ingredients

  • 200 g Gouda, Emmentaler, mountain cheese or mixed
  • 100 g pickled cucumber (s)
  • 100 g rapes, red or blue or mixed
  • 100 g leeks, only the white or sprin onions

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoon crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon herbs B. rosemary, sage, parsley, oregano, thyme
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese into cubes. Chop the pickles. Halve the grapes, quarter if necessary. Finely chop the leek or spring onion. Put the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise and crème fraîche together. Chop the herbs very finely and add to the mixture.
  3. Mix everything together. Let the salad stand for about 1 hour and then enjoy.
