Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 cup wheat (Ebly)
  • 2 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • salt and pepper
  • Feta cheese, diced or herb quark
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 teaspoons ajvar, mild
  • garlic

Instructions

  1. First cut the vegetables into small cubes and sauté them in the oil. Then add the Ebly and sweat briefly with it.
  2. Add the ajvar and then pour the vegetable stock and simmer for about 10 - 15 minutes (sometimes stir) until the water has been absorbed by the Ebly.
  3. Season a little more and sprinkle with feta cubes to taste or eat with herbal quark.
