  • 250 g Ebly
  • 4 carrot (s)
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 1 small Can (s) peas
  • some butter
  • some parsley
  • pepper
  • 1 cup crème fraîche légère with herbs
  • 1 handful cheese (Emmentaler), grated

Instructions

  1. Cook Ebly until done. Peel the carrots and cut into very small cubes, cut the spring onions into slices. Fry the carrots in butter. Add the ebly, spring onions, peas, parsley, crème légère and cheese. Season with pepper, stir until the cheese has melted and then serve!
