Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs until frothy. Stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar, stir until the sugar is dissolved and a creamy mixture is formed. Carefully stir in the sifted flour.
  2. Place the dough in small portions with a teaspoon on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 200 ° C (convection) for 8-10 minutes until golden. Remove from the tray immediately and let cool down.
  3. For longer storage it is best to place in a closed container.
