  • 30 g butter
  • 100 ml cream
  • 140 g flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
  • 115 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Remove 1 tablespoon of the flour and mix with the baking soda, set aside. Mix the rest of the flour into the mixture in small steps, then add the baking soda flour at the very end.
  2. Now fold in chopped nuts or chocolate if you like. Place small piles on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Leave a lot of space in between, as the piles are very strong.
  3. Bake at 180 ° C for about 9 minutes. Make sure that the cookies don`t get too dark. It is best to place them on a surface where they cannot stick, as they do not really become very hard.
  4. This is what happens when you want to bake on a Sunday evening and half of it is missing.
