Ingredients

  • 250 g mararine
  • 250 g raw cane suar
  • 2 tablespoon arrowroot flour
  • 4 tablespoon yogurt, made from sheep`s milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 250 g oatmeal
  • 100 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Stir margarine until foamy, add sugar and mix well. Add arrowroot flour and yogurt. Warning: arrowroot flour is extremely dusty, so stir in carefully! Add the oatmeal, flour and baking powder and stir in well. Season with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  2. Place in small heaps with plenty of space between them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven preheated to 170 ° C for 8 minutes.
