Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and puree the egg yolks with the oil, vinegar and mustard with the magic wand until a creamy sauce is created.
  2. Now stir in the cream, with the kitchen fairy, the onion, the sugar, the spices and some wine. Cut the egg white into small pieces and fold in, then sprinkle the fresh herbs over the top.
