Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled egg (s)
- 4 tablespoon oil, neutral
- 3 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 small onion (s), finely diced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, cut into fine rolls
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1 shot Maggi

- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and puree the egg yolks with the oil, vinegar and mustard with the magic wand until a creamy sauce is created.
- Now stir in the cream, with the kitchen fairy, the onion, the sugar, the spices and some wine. Cut the egg white into small pieces and fold in, then sprinkle the fresh herbs over the top.
