- 3 large eggplant (s)
- 400 g cream cheese
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- 4 tablespoon herbs, chopped (basil, chives)
- salt and pepper

- Slice the aubergines lengthways and fry on both sides. Let rest on kitchen paper and covered with kitchen paper for 3-4 hours (to soak up).
