Ingredients

  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl lime juice
  • 1 cl grenadine
  • 3 cl rum, white
  • 3 cl triple sec
  • 2 cl brandy, (cherry)
  • 2 cl apricot brandy
  • 3 cl pineapple juice
  • 3 cl orange juice
  • passion fruit juice
  • 0.25 ¼ lime (s)
  • Ice cubes or ice scoops, no crushed ice

Instructions

  1. You need very large glasses for the cocktail. The ingredients are matched to cocktail glasses with a volume of 550 ml.
  2. First you fill the glasses halfway, possibly a little higher, but no more than 2/3, with ice cubes. Then you pour the liquid ingredients in the order mentioned above, from lemon to passion fruit juice. The sequence should be adhered to because of the desired color gradient. With the passion fruit juice is topped up at the end.
  3. Finally, squeeze out the lime pieces over the glass and then simply throw the pieces into the glass. The limes must be washed hot and thoroughly beforehand, otherwise the greasy coating gives off a very bitter taste.
  4. Admittedly, you need a lot of ingredients for this cocktail. But it`s really worth it because the cooler is fresh and fruity without tasting too sweet like many other cocktails.
