Ingredients

  • 2 beef steak (s) approx. 00 g each, cm thick
  • 2 pointed peppers, red
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 2 onion (s), white
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into eighths. Fry in a little oil for 5-10 minutes, then add the diced paprika and the sliced carrot and fry everything for about 10 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and let it melt, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Fry the steaks in a little oil over high heat for 2 minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper and then leave to rest in aluminum foil for 5 minutes. Serve the steaks with the vegetable sauce.
