- 4 slices smoked pork, lean
- 4 slices pineapple
- 4 slices cheese (toast)
- some curry powder
- some fat, for frying

- Let some fat get hot in the pan. Briefly fry the Kasseler slices on one side.
- Turn the smoked pork loin and place a pineapple slice and a slice of toast cheese on each slice. Sprinkle curry powder on the cheese as you like. Put the lid on the pan and continue frying until the cheese melts.
