Ingredients
- 50 g oat flakes, delicate as flowers
- 150 ml milk or milk substitute
- 2 tablespoon, heaped poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon, heaped honey
For decoration:
- Poppy
- honey

- Heat the oat flakes with the milk and poppy seeds in a small saucepan on the highest level. Stir often, otherwise the porridge will burn. When the porridge starts to boil, turn the stove down to a low level and leave it on the stove, stirring constantly, until the porridge has reached the desired consistency. This takes about 10 minutes.
- Then take the pot off the heat, fill the porridge in a bowl and serve with a little poppy seeds and honey if you like.
