Ingredients
- 200 g feta cheese
- 400 g cream cheese
- 5 tablespoon milk or buttermilk
- 0.5 ½ pack herbs, frozen or a handful fresh herbs
- 2 tomato (s), pickled, dried (drained)
- 2 tablespoons oil from the sun-dried tomatoes

- Crumble the feta cheese and place in a tall mixing vessel with the cream cheese. Add the milk or buttermilk and mix well with the hand blender until you have an even mixture. Possibly add a little more milk or buttermilk. Finely dice the tomatoes and add them with the oil and herbs. Now beat the mixture well again with the hand mixer blender.
- Let it sit for an hour or two.
