  • 1 large kohlrabi
  • 200 g minced beef
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 100 ml cream
  • 150 ml tomato (s), passed
  • 50 g cheese, rated
  • 4 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cube broth
  • Oil (garlic oil)

Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the kohlrabi and cook in a saucepan with water and a stock cube.
  2. Meanwhile, fry the mince, spices and onions in garlic oil. Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and fry briefly.
  3. Carefully hollow out the cooked kohlrabi, preferably with a teaspoon. Put the kohlrabi in a small baking dish and fill with the mince. Spread the hollowed out around it.
  4. Mix the cream with 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and the tomatoes and spices and pour into the baking dish. Sprinkle the grated cheese on the kohlrabi. Baked in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
