Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ head lettuce
  • Thyme
  • 1 small vegetable onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 flatbread (approx. 400 g)
  • 100 g feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Clean the lettuce and cut into strips. Chop the thyme. Peel and mash the garlic. Peel the onions and slice them thinly. Wash and slice tomatoes.
  2. Mix together lemon juice, salt, pepper and thyme. Put the prepared ingredients in a bowl and mix with the dressing.
  3. Cut the flatbread into 8 parts and fill with the salad. Crumble the feta cheese, sprinkle over it and serve.
