  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 liter fish stock made from cubes or
  • 1 liter vegetable stock

  • 200 g cream

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Dice the onions.
  2. Boil the potatoes with the spices and the onions in not too much water with the spices, drain.
  3. Prepare the fish stock. Let the salmon pieces steep in it, add the potatoes. Add the cream and a lot of chopped dill and season with salt.
