Cook: 50 minutes
Servings: 3
Ingredients
Hake – 300 g (1 pcs.)
Potatoes – 450 g
Fresh spinach – 70 g
Hard cheese – 80 g
Eggs (large) – 2 pcs.
Milk – 70 ml
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Butter (for greasing the mold) – 10 g
Directions
Prepare foods according to the list. Defrost fish in advance. I have a whole hake carcass, but you can take a ready-made fillet.
Peel the potatoes, wash and chop coarsely. Send to a saucepan, cover with water and cook until tender (20-25 minutes).
Drain, mashed potatoes, add a pinch of salt. Mash the potatoes with a crush, do not use a blender, otherwise, the consistency of the potatoes will be sticky.
While the potatoes are boiling, wash and dry the fish, remove the fins and remnants of the entrails, cut the fillets from the ridge on both sides. Cut the resulting hake fillet into small pieces.
Wash the spinach, dry, and cut into strips. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater.
Drive eggs into a bowl. Add milk. Shake milk and eggs, add salt and pepper.
Grease a baking dish with oil, put mashed potatoes, lightly pepper.
Top with spinach. Then – a layer of hake. Salt lightly. Put cheese on top of the fish. Pour everything on top with an egg-milk mixture.
Cook the casserole at 180 degrees for 30 minutes (be guided by your oven).
