  1. We prepare products.

  2. Prepare the sauce. Put 100 grams of mayonnaise in a bowl. While stirring, add the juice of half an orange and 50 grams of wine vinegar.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper. We mix. Fish salad dressing is ready, set aside.
  4. Let’s start preparing a salad with fish. Cut 150-200 grams of onion into half rings, put in a bowl. We also chop 200 grams of kohlrabi into thin strips.
  5. Chop 200 grams of boiled fish fillet, add to the bowl with the kohlrabi onion.
  6. Add 200 grams of grated cheese and 100 grams of chopped toasted walnuts. We mix.
  7. Pour the prepared sauce and mix well again.
