Ingredients

  • 3 onion (s) (120 g)
  • 400 g celery
  • 500 g tomato (s)
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 9 tablespoon oil
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 300 g fish (smoked fish)

Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the onions, cut the halves into rings. Clean and wash the celery and cut into thin slices. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalks. Quarter the tomatoes, remove the seeds.
  2. Mix salt, pepper, sugar, lemon juice and oil into a dressing. Remove a few twigs from the dill, chop the rest and add to the dressing. Add onions, celery and tomatoes to the sauce and let it steep for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Cut the smoked fish into slices, mix with the salad before serving. Garnish with sprigs of dill.
