Ingredients

  • 3 medium onion (s)
  • 12 fish fillet (s) (redfish, pikeperch, each 150 g)
  • salt and pepper
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, grainier
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, hotter
  • 125 g cheese (e.. Emmentaler), rated
  • 80 g breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoon herbs (dill, chives, parsley, 820;), chopped
  • Grease for the tin

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onions. Rinse the fish fillets under cold running water, pat dry, sprinkle with salt and pepper and place on a greased baking sheet.
  2. Mix the butter with the two types of mustard, cheese, onions, breadcrumbs and herbs to a paste. Spread the paste on the fish fillets and bake at 180 ° C for about 20-30 minutes. A mixed salad with baguette tastes good with it.
