Ingredients

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 125 g powdered suar
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s), scraped off
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 drops rum flavor
  • 320 g flour
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 1 glass Nutella or other nut nougat cream
  • 2 tablespoon milk or cream
  • 2 packs cake icing (white chocolate)
  • some coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Stir the soft butter with powdered sugar, salt, vanilla and rum flavoring until it is creamy white and somewhat runny. Then sift the flour and cocoa and mix them together, just briefly stir into the flour, otherwise the dough will be tough. If the dough is a little too firm, thin it with 2-3 tablespoons of cream or milk, but don`t add too much, otherwise the contours will run.
  2. Pour the dough in small portions into a piping bag (with nozzle no.10) and spray flames on baking paper or baking foil. These should be roughly the same size. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C and bake the flames one after the other for 10-14 minutes, check.
  3. Then spread the nut nougat cream onto a heart with a knife and glue it together with a second part. Let cool down. Melt the glaze and thin it with the coconut oil, dip the flaming chocolate hearts in it decoratively.
