Ingredients

  • 70 grams sugar
  • 75 g butter, soft
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 large egg (s)
  • 125 g wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped baking cocoa
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 2 tablespoon orange juice
  • 4 piece (s) chocolate, dark or baking chocolate
  • Fat for the molds

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and the egg together until frothy. Mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon and orange zest, add the orange juice to the egg-sugar mixture and use the hand mixer on a low speed to form a dough in five minutes.
  2. Pour the dough into four greased molds (e.g. muffin tins or soufflé tins). Sink a piece of chocolate into each portion of the dough.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for 10 - 12 minutes.
  4. Enjoy while still warm, e.g., with ice cream or fruit as a dessert.
