Ingredients

  • 200 g suar
  • 100 g honey
  • 100 g orane peel, lemon peel, cherries - there is also a ready-made mixture for it
  • 100 g butter
  • 50 grams flour
  • 150 ml cream
  • 200 g almonds (flakes)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients, except for the almonds, in a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. When the mixture is creamy, mix in the almond leaves.
  2. Cool down and later (one day) put small blobs on the baking foil with tea spoons.
  3. Make sure there is enough space as the biscuits will run apart.
  4. Bake / caramelize at 170 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
  5. I don`t dip them in couverture because I don`t use chocolate fingers because of the upholstered furniture.
