Ingredients
- 3 lettuce heart (s) from the romaine lettuce
- 200 g cashew nuts
- 125 g cranberries
- 75 g parmesan, rated
For the dressing:
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- vinegar
- oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- salt and pepper
