Instructions

  1. Bring 400 ml milk with a pinch of salt to the boil. Use a whisk to stir in 20 g of flour into the remaining 100 ml of milk. When the milk starts to boil, stir in the milk-flour mixture - bring to the boil briefly.
  2. You can add a little sugar or a pinch of salt, depending on your taste.
