- I usually use 4 medium-sized potatoes. That results in approx. 250 g in the end. First the potatoes are peeled, cut in half and boiled in plenty of salted water for 15-20 minutes.
- Then I take the potatoes out of the water and cut them into strips / pieces. Then the potatoes are salted and baked in a preheated oven for 10 minutes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- I still put 1 soy schnitzel on my baking sheet, turn it after 5 minutes and I have french fries with schnitzel. A delicious dish with less than 400 kcal!
