Ingredients

  • Meat (leftovers, sausages), whatever is left over
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 1 slice bacon, fat
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 300 ml meat broth
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. I am quite generous with the amount of ingredients, depending on the amount of grill leftovers. When it comes to the stew, it really doesn`t depend on the exact quantities, but rather on what the refrigerator produces.
  2. Dice the bacon and leave it in a suitable size saucepan. Roughly chop the onion and cut the mushrooms into quarters or eighths, depending on their size. Now sweat the onion in the bacon fat, then add the mushrooms and fry until everything has gained some color. Cut the grilled remains and the zucchini into bite-sized pieces and also add to the saucepan. Let simmer briefly. Now add tomato paste and roast. Pour in the meat stock. Add the kidney beans and corn. Bring everything to the boil and top off with sour cream at the end. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
