- 200 g potato (s), waxy
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 small schnitzel
- 2 egg (s)
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- some lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- Flour
- breadcrumbs
- oil

- Peel and dice the potatoes and soak for about 10 minutes. Then fry with a little oil over medium heat. Halfway through the roasting time, add the sliced onion. Finally, salt and pepper.
- Wash and dry the schnitzel. Plate lightly, season with salt, pepper, flour, pull through the beaten egg and bread lightly. Fry the schnitzel in oil until golden. Then degrease the schnitzel and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the quark with salt, pepper, sugar, parsley and a little lemon juice.
- Fry the fried egg, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve everything.
