  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Bacon (raw smoked) – 8 strips
  • White bread – 4 slices
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for lubricating molds

  1. Cut out circles from the bread rolls about the same dia as the bottom of the baking tins.
    Heat a dry skillet over medium heat and fry the bread slices for 1-2 minutes on each side. Then transfer to a plate.
  2. Fry the bacon strips in the same skillet over low heat for about 2 minutes on each side. Then transfer to a plate and cool slightly.
  3. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Line the sides of each slot with strips of bacon (2 strips each). Place a slice of toasted bread at the bottom of each compartment.

  4. Break an egg into each cell. Salt. Send the pan to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and cook the eggs with bacon and toast for about 10-20 minutes, until the eggs are desired. I cooked for 12 minutes.
