Ingredients

  • 1 fennel
  • olive oil
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Sea salt, coarse

Instructions

  1. Cut the fennel into thin slices. Fry in the olive oil until the cooking point is reached and let it take on a little color. Make a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice. Nap the fennel with it, season with sea salt and pepper.
  2. Tip: You can do the same with potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, etc., cooked in steam.
