  • 4 tuber / s fennel
  • 5 walnuts
  • honey

Pan-fried Fennel with Honey and Walnut Marinade

Instructions

  1. Clean the fennel bulbs and cut them in the middle. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the fennel halves briefly on both sides until crispy, then remove. Let the honey caramelize in the pan. Add the walnuts and fry them, then add the fennel halves again. Briefly fold in, warm up and serve.
  2. It goes well with fresh salmon with fresh goat cheese and sprigs of thyme.
