Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoon oil (preferably cold-pressed rapeseed oil)
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • some margarine for the mold
  • some breadcrumbs for the pan

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C - 220 ° C fan-assisted air.
  2. Mix all ingredients together well. Grease a fruit base dish with margarine and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the batter into the fruit base form and knock out the bubbles a little.
  3. Then put in the hot oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. When the base is ready, place the hot fruit base form on a wet, cold tea towel and also fold the sides in it. This way, the floor will loosen better from the mold. After a few minutes, remove the cake base from the mold and let it cool down.
  5. Cover according to your mood.
