Ingredients
- 200 g spelled flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 75 g butter
- 100 g plum (s), dried
- 100 g raisins
- 125 ml milk or cream
- 2 egg (s), whisked
- 1 orange (s), grated peel
- 1 medium apple, cut into small pieces

- Mix well the flour, baking powder, spices, then knead in the butter (with your fingers) until a crumbly mixture is formed. Now add the fruits, milk, eggs, orange peel and the chopped apple and mix everything to a smooth dough (results in a consistency similar to a sponge cake)
- Put the dough in a greased springform pan or flat, round dish and smooth it out. Bake at 180 ° for about 30 minutes. Enjoy lukewarm as a dessert or cold as a cake!
