Ingredients
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 250 ml orange juice, optionally currant juice
- 100 ml juice, (carrot juice)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 3 tablespoon oil, (flaxseed oil)
- 100 ml juice, (banana juice) or a fresh banana

- Pour all ingredients into a mixing beaker and stir with the blender. My tip: drink a glass of it every day. Important: linseed oil must be stored in the refrigerator after opening the bottle!
