Fruit Salad “For Adults Only”

Cognac goes well with citrus fruits (especially grapefruit).

Ingredients
- Orange – 1 pc.
- Grapefruit – 1 pc.
- Pear – 1 pc.
- Apple – 1 pc.
- Banana – 1 pc.
- Kiwi – 1 pc.
- Lemon (juice only) – 0.5 pcs.
- Cognac – 2-3 tbsp
- Sugar – 2-3 tbsp
- Cinnamon – 0.5-1 teaspoon
- Coconut flakes when serving – to taste
Directions
- Peel the orange, cut into thick circles, disassemble into slices.
- Peel the grapefruit from the skin and films.
- We clean the pear from seeds, cut it into small slices.
- We clean the apple of seeds, cut it in the same way as a pear.
- Peel the banana, cut it into plump circles.
- Peel the kiwi, cut into semicircles.
- Making a dressing: mix lemon juice, brandy, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Mix all the ingredients, pour the dressing over the fruit salad, and mix again.
- When serving, the fruit salad can be sprinkled with coconut.
