- 1 apple, sour
- 1 pear (s)
- 1 banana (s)
- 1 can / s fruit (fruit cocktail)
- 5 tablespoon almond (s), chopped
- 100 g chocolate, dark
- Lemon juice
- some sugar or honey
- Ground ginger
- cinnamon

- First wash the apple, peel it if you like, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Put in a large bowl and drizzle with a little lemon juice to prevent it from browning.
- Now do the same with the pear and add it to the apple. Peel the banana and cut into thin slices. Also add to the bowl. Open the can and add the juice (but so that the fruit does not float) in the bowl, as well as the almonds.
- Chop the chocolate with a knife and add to the fruit. Season the whole thing with lemon juice, ginger and cinnamon (use the spices carefully, it is better to season again).
- Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days (although the chocolate takes on a brownish color, it still tastes great).
- Of course, the recipe can also be supplemented with other fruits depending on the season. Peaches, nectarines or strawberries are a welcome change.
