Ingredients
- 250 ml milk, (for the dough)
- 1 cube yeast
- 75 g butter
- 500g flour
- 100 g suar
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 large can (s) peach (s), halved, for the topping
- 1 gr. Tin / n pineapple, grated
- 200 g butter
- 200 g suar
- 200 g almond (s), in sticks
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 4 tablespoon cranberries, from the jar or red jam

- For the dough, warm the milk slightly. Dissolve the yeast in it. Melt fat. Mix the flour and sugar. Add the yeast milk, fat and egg and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for approx. 20 minutes.
- Drain and quarter the peaches for the topping. Drain the pineapple as well. Heat the fat. Add the almond sticks, sugar and milk. Simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes. Stir in grated pineapple.
- Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet. Cover with peaches and let rise for another 20 minutes.
- Spread the almond and pineapple topping on top. Spread the cranberries on top as blobs. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
