- 2 large orange (s)
- 1 orange (s) (blood orange)
- 2 small lemon (s)
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 5 carnation (s)

- Squeeze oranges, blood oranges and lemons and add them to the tea. Add the cinnamon stick, cloves and sugar to the tea-orange mixture and bring to the boil. Serve hot.
- Tip: Instead of black tea, you can also use fruit tea.
