Ingredients
- 0.75 liter ¾ orange juice, possibly freshly squeezed
- 500 g strawberries or other fresh fruit
- 1 lemon (s), untreated
- some lemon balm leaves
- 0.5 liter ½ mineral water, ice-cold
- 1 bottle sparkling wine, alcohol-free, ice-cold
- Orange juice ice cubes

- Wash and halve the strawberries, cut other fruits into pieces. Pour into a punch bowl. Wash the lemon and cut into thin slices, add to the fruits with the washed lemon balm leaves and top up with the orange juice. Cool everything well for a few hours.
- Before serving, add the mineral water and sparkling wine. Put one or two orange juice ice cubes in each glass, fill up with the punch. Store the remaining ice cubes as you like so that you can always put them in the glasses when you refill or put them in the punch bowl.
- This refreshing punch is not that sweet, but if you want, you can of course also add sugar, that`s a matter of taste.
