Ingredients

Flowers - leaves 5 scented roses, unsprayed
1 bottle wine, white, tart fruity
500 g strawberries, (if you like, you can also mix wild strawberries or both)
4 cl cognac
4 cl liqueur, (rose liqueur or rose brandy)
1 bottle sparkling wine, drier

Instructions

Mix the flower petals with the strawberries, add 4 cl of cognac and rose liqueur or rose brandy each, let them steep for a moment.
Pour in the white wine and fill up with well-chilled, dry sparkling wine just before serving.
