Ingredients
For the cream:
- 500 g quark, (low-fat quark)
- milk
- sugar
- 1 point vanilla sugar
For the salad:
- Fruit, as desired, such as:
- 1 kiwi (s)
- 1 apple
- 1 pear (s)
- 0.5 ½ mango (s)
- pineapple
- Banana (noun)
- Grapes (white and / or red)
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- Almond (s), for garnish (chopped or slivers)

- Wash and core the fruit and cut into small pieces.
- Then mix the fruit with the lemon juice and add the vanilla sugar, stir again.
- Now put the quark in a bowl and add enough milk until the mixture is creamy. Season with sugar and vanilla sugar as desired.
- Spread the cream in a shallow bowl (or plate), place the fruit on the cream and sprinkle with the almonds.
- Tip:
- Add chocolate flakes to the cream a dream !!!
