Ingredients
- 2 bulbs garlic, red
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, light
- 4 tablespoon yogurt 1.5%, or more
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 pinch (s) herbs, mixed, Italian
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Peel and quarter the garlic bulbs and put them through the garlic press. Use only the squeezed garlic mixture.
- Mix the mayonnaise, yoghurt and crème fraîche and season with a pinch of Italian herb mixture and salt.
- Now pour the sauce into a glass and store in the refrigerator.
